The Batch Delivery (Drip Mode) feature in Email Marketing is a strategic tool that allows you to send email campaigns in timed batches rather than to your entire audience at once. This method helps manage website or funnel traffic effectively, preventing potential strain on your server.
Before You Begin
Ensure the following before diving into the batch email campaign scheduling process:
- Create an email template for the campaign.
- Verify the domain to send emails.
Creating a Batch Email Campaign
Follow these steps to create a batch email campaign:
Create Campaign
Navigate to Marketing > Emails. Click the “New” button to create a new campaign.
Select Email Template
Choose the template for your marketing email campaign. Preview options are available for template verification.
Design Your Content
Enter the email builder to design your content and add essential elements for your campaign. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a novice, the Email Builder provides user-friendly tools for crafting visually appealing campaigns.
Send or Schedule
After designing your email, click on "Send or Schedule."
Pre-sending Checklist
Add recipients, your email address in the "From" section, your name (optional), subject line, and preview text.
Sending Options
- Add the start date of the campaign.
- Specify the batch quantity.
- Set the frequency by adding the repeat interval (days, hours, minutes, seconds).
- Uncheck days when you don't want to send the batch delivery email campaign.
- Add specific start and end times.
Important Notes:
- Verify campaign details, execution date, time, and time zone before scheduling.
- The system allows deletion or rescheduling of the email campaign. Rescheduling is permitted up to one hour before the scheduled send time.
