For example, if you received an online payment at 4:30 PM and delivered the product before 9 PM, the payout will be processed at 9 PM.
Make sure that order is marked as "Delivered", only then you are eligible to get the payout for that particular order.
However, there are a few conditions where it can take some more time:
- For credit card or credit card EMI payment, the proof of delivery document should be provided.
- First 3 online payments with an order value greater than Rs.1000 will be settled by the Dukaan's team manually. It can take up to 7 days to settle your first payout.
- All online payments greater than Rs.5000 will be settled by Dukaan's team manually. It can take up to 7 days to settle this payout. In case of special settlements or if the seller fails to meet additional checks by the Dukaan team, the seller can be asked to produce proof of delivery by an authorised delivery partner.
- If Order Received to Order Delivered time is under 15 mins, Dukaan's team will check it manually and settle afterward. Estimated time to release such payouts is 7 days.
- If you choose the self-ship option, please ensure the orders are delivered within 30 days of the order date and the status is changed to ‘Delivered’, for us to process the payouts. If the order is marked delivered after 30 days, the payment for the order will go on hold and you will need to contact us with valid proof of delivery to process the payment for it
