As you can see, a recovery message on WhatsApp is chargeable at Rs. 0.50 per message and a recovery message via SMS will be charged at Rs. 0.30 per message. This amount is deducted from your Dukaan credits balance.

Choosing your message template

In order to choose the message template for abandoned cart recovery, first, choose your preferred broadcast medium - WhatsApp or SMS. The templates change according to it.

You can now choose the recovery message you wish to send from a pre-defined set of templates by clicking on the arrow beside the first template.

Here, [your customer name] will take the customer name from the respective order details and cart_link will be the link to their cart which was abandoned. Once you have chosen your template, click on it.

After selecting the message, you can choose the interval to send the message after the cart is abandoned. You can choose to send the recovery message after 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 12 hours, or 24 hours.

Once you've finalised the message template and interval, click on Save at the bottom to save your changes.

Automated abandoned cart recovery messages will now be sent from your chosen broadcast medium.
