What is My Calendar?

My Calendar shows you an overview of your scheduled Appointments, Events, and due Tasks. You can also schedule an Appointment, Reschedule an Appointment, or Cancel an Appointment from the Calendar.

You can access My Calendar by navigating to Calendar > My Calendar.

My Calendar shows your scheduled Tasks, Events, and Appointments.

APPOINTMENTS

You can see at a glance the current status of your Appointments with color-coded icons. The status of Appointments will automatically update when their Time Slot occurs.

Both the appointer and appointee will be able to view the Appointment on their respective Calendars.

TASKS

You can see an overview of scheduled Tasks. You can quickly add a Task to the Calendar by clicking on a date.

Clicking on a Task will allow you to edit it. Tasks need to be marked as "Complete" to be removed from My Calendar.

EVENTS

Any Events you have scheduled will appear on My Calendar. You can click on an Event to edit it.

To quickly cycle through months, you can use the arrows in the above area. Clicking current will revert the view back to the current month.

REMINDER SETTINGS

While viewing My Calendar, click the bells icon to the upper right of your screen.

This will open a side panel where you can configure Reminders & Notifications for your Appointments and Events.

Choose the type of Reminder and time before the Appointment/Event that the notification will be triggered.

You can add additional types of notifications for each by clicking +Add notification.

You can also click Apply to all future & existing appointments/events to overwrite all individually-configured settings.

In addition to personal Notifications, Super Admin and Admin Roles are also able to set Appointment Notifications/Reminders to go to the Target of an Appointment.

Please note, this is a Global setting however each Contact can override the Global Settings in their own Calendar setting.

OUTLOOK EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Send an Email digest of all upcoming Appointments & Events.

Choose Daily or Weekly, the day of the week to receive the email (Monday for example, to see what's ahead), and # of days to include in Outlook email.

Choose the time to send the email (based on your timezone).

Click Send Test Email to preview the results.

TIP: Sending the Test Email lets you see what it will look like, however, the data being sent is not real and does NOT have real links.

HOW DO I USE THE FILTERING OPTIONS IN MY CALENDAR?

You can use the filtering options above the Calendar to only show certain Tasks, Events, and Appointments that meet certain criteria.

Click the All Priorities dropdown menu to choose a Task Priority to view. You can select multiple Task Priorities.

Click the All Projects dropdown menu to choose a Project to show the Tasks from. You can select multiple Projects.

Click the All Users dropdown menu to choose a User to show any related Tasks, Events, or Appointments. You can select multiple Users.
