Managing Your Smart Lists
Managing your smart lists is a breeze when you navigate to the Smart Lists section located under the Contacts tab in your CRM. In this area, you'll have access to all the smart lists you've previously created, allowing you to view and edit them as needed. This centralized location ensures efficient organization and modification of your smart lists, streamlining your CRM experience.
NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all of the components.
Smart List Card
Every smart list you create will be assigned a distinct table card. These table cards offer convenient organization of your smart lists, allowing you to rearrange them as needed. Additionally, on the far right side of each card, you will find quick action buttons that provide easy access to various functions, streamlining your overall experience while managing your smart lists.
Drag and Drop
For easy organization of your smart list table, you can utilize the specific icon provided. Just click and hold this icon to effortlessly drag and drop the smart list either above or below other entries within the table, ensuring a customized and well-structured arrangement tailored to your preferences.
Smart List Settings
Within the settings menu, you have the ability to manage various aspects of your smart lists. This includes editing their names, duplicating existing smart lists, deleting those no longer needed, and even sharing them with other users in your CRM system. These options provide you with greater flexibility and control over your smart lists, ensuring efficient collaboration and organization.
- Duplicate Smart List
You can duplicate existing smart lists by using this button. This is useful when needing to quickly copy a set of filters previously used on another smart list.
- Sharing Smart Lists
When creating smart lists, you have the ability to share them with everyone, or only with some CRM users. These icons will show next to each smart list in the settings area:
- Shared globally with every user in your CRM.
- A smart list was created by you and shared with others.
- The smart list was created by another user and shared with you.
- Edit Smart List Name
This button will allow you to change the name of your smart list.
- Delete Smart List
If you need to delete a smart list, you can select this button.
When deleting a smart list, the contacts will remain in your CRM, but the smart list will no longer appear.
