Calendar Types

Your CRM is capable of providing multiple scheduling types to serve the different purposes. Lets cover them one by one.

Service Calendar

A Service Calendar is a tailored calendar type created to simplify the scheduling process of service-based businesses. In this calendar type, users can create different services they offer, group them together by categories, and display all of them in one single scheduling link - the Service Menu.

This is extremely useful for businesses such as med spas, hair salons, massage parlors, nail salons, etc.

This calendar enables contacts to make bookings for multiple services for themselves or combine services for multiple participants (themselves and their guests). This will block off a consecutive time slot for the combined time duration of all the service as well as the fee is applicable.

Simple Calendar

As the name suggests, a simple calendar is meant for bringing two parties together at a time that suits both. Whether it's setting up a casual coffee meetup or a serious business discussion, this calendar is your go-to for finding that sweet spot when everyone can join in. This feature is one of our original calendars that is a bit outdated. Our recommendation is to use the round robin calendar as it has a bit more useful settings.

Round Robin Scheduling

Round robin scheduling is also used as an incident assignment strategy. In this strategy, users are placed in a ring and assigned to incidents sequentially. This can help ensure that incidents are equitably distributed.

Use Case: This is great if you have a team taking meetings/appointments and you want to distribute the appointments. There are different options for distributions.

Class Booking

Class Calendars are designed to manage one-to-many events where multiple invitees can attend a single booking. These calendars are ideal for webinars, workshops, training sessions, and sports events. In a Class Calendar, there can only be one appointment owner, typically the trainer or host. The number of spots per slot can be set, with a maximum limit of 9,999 attendees, though meeting location limitations do apply.

Collective Booking

Collective Booking is a feature that enables scheduling meetings involving multiple team members simultaneously. It integrates individual team members' availability into a shared calendar, allowing for unified scheduling. This feature facilitates seamless group interactions, perfect for collaborative endeavors like sales calls, technical support, or group interviews.
