Steps to configure Microsoft 365 email

  1. Log in to your Microsoft 365 account.
  2. Go to the Admin Center and select the ‘Exchange’ option.
  3. Select the ‘Mail Flow’ option and click on the ‘Connectors’ tab.
  4. Click on the ‘+’ icon to add a new connector.
  5. Select the ‘From’ option and choose ‘Office 365’.
  6. Select the ‘To’ option and choose ‘Partner Organization’.
  7. Enter the domain name of the partner organization and click ‘Next’.
  8. Select the ‘Start TLS’ option and click ‘Next’.
  9. Enter the IP address of the partner organization and click ‘Next’.
  10. Enter the name of the connector and click ‘Save’.
  11. Your Microsoft 365 email is now configured.
