With the auto-accept order preference, you can choose to auto-accept certain types of orders. These orders will automatically move to the 'Accepted' stage.
To use this functionality, click on the dropdown in the top right corner. Now, click on Store Settings.
Select Preferences from the panel on the left.
By default, the functionality of the Auto-accept orders is set to 'Never'. Click on it to change it.
The following dialogue box opens:
You can choose to auto-accept:
- COD orders only
- Prepaid orders only
- All (COD + Prepaid) orders
- Never
Select the type of orders you would like to auto-accept and click on Save changes.
