What is Bulk Edit?
There will be times when you will want to edit a specific data field for more than one Client at a time.
How do I use Bulk Edit?
Go to the CRM>Contact List OR CRM>Companies List
Bulk Edit gives you the power to select multiple Contacts or Companies using the individual selector or even update entire Circles using the Circles selector. You can use the Filter Options to narrow down your selections and the checkboxes next to the Contact or Company to select only a select few.
You then will want to select the Bulk Edit button to open the Bulk Edit Options.
In CRM>Companies, you will find all of the applicable Custom Fields and default options. This includes Public and Private Company Custom Fields and the ability to change the Coordinator and/or assign a Salesperson.
In CRM>Contacts, you will find all of the applicable Custom Fields and default options for Contacts. This includes the ability to change the Coordinator, assign a Salesperson or to bulk modify 'Individual Mode' Visibility.
Toggling the button to Bulk Modify 'Individual Mode' Visibility will open up the option to Prevent the Primary Contact from switching into 'Individual Mode'.

If you are bulk editing a Custom Field and you wish to remove a value from one of the fields, then you will select the Empty Value checkbox associated with that field.
When you have completed the configuration, double-check everything and then scroll down and click Save.
IMPORTANT: If you are bulk editing to in large groups, your request will be processed in the background and you will be alerted via email and system notification when the process is complete.
