System saves the user defined/composed messages under this section. Users can access these templates during the campaign creation. Users can add new user templates by clicking the Add new button at the top right corner of the template section, and select the category where the user wants to save the template. After selecting the category title and message must be provided and if needed some personalized images and GIFs can be added by clicking the attachment icon. Just like Generic templates, their user templates are divided into the same categories.
