Sometimes users need to send messages but reaching out to the system might not be possible in this scenario and many others,therefore, the system has provided the facility to its users to set a schedule for sending messages to the prospects. Users have to type the message and hit on the schedule icon on the right side of the send button and select date and click on the schedule button. System shows the message in a grayed box with delete icon on the left but is not sent to the user. The system will send the message to the prospect according to the schedule set by the user.
