If you're trying to add your Outlook.com account to another mail app, you might need the IMAP or SMTP settings for Outlook.com. You can find them below or by going to POP and IMAP settings in Outlook.com.
IMPORTANT: To synchronize your emails with IMAP or POP3 you need to activate this feature in your outlook.com account. Click Email → Settings → POP3 & IMAP → Enable access to this account via POP3 and IMAP. Confirm the altered settings by clicking Save and start your external email program.
Here are the manual server settings you'll need:

- Incoming and outgoing server details are the same.
- Outlook.com does not require Secure Password Authentication (SPA).
IMAP:
- Email: your office365 email address
- Password: your office365 email account password
- Outgoing Server: smtp.office365.com
- Outgoing Server Port: 587
- Incoming Server: outlook.office365.com
- Incoming Server Port: 993
SMTP:
- Host: smtp.office365.com
- Port: 587
- Username: your office365 email address
- Password: your office365 email account password
