TikTok Lead Form Submitted

The TikTok Form Submitted trigger will run your workflow when a TikTok Lead Form has been submitted. If you have not already mapped out the TikTok fields in your CRM, visit the Integrations tab under Settings in your CRM and click on TikTok Fields Mapping. This will ensure that all of the information collected in your TikTok lead form will be integrated into your CRM.

To get started setting up your workflow, click on Add New Workflow Trigger and select TikTok Form Submitted.

If you are running multiple lead forms on TikTok and need to narrow down your workflow trigger, click on All Filters and select Form Is from the dropdown menu. Here you’ll be able to select the lead form that you would like to trigger the workflow.
