Product Started
To configure the Product Started trigger, users are advised to click on the Add New Workflow Trigger button and choose the Product Started option from the available selections.
This trigger becomes active when a customer starts their access to a specific product, subsequently initiating the designated workflow. By implementing this trigger, businesses can effectively monitor and manage product access completion, streamlining the process and ensuring an improved customer experience.

Further customization can be made by adding filters and selecting Product from the dropdown menu, followed by selecting the specific product from the second dropdown menu.
Once all filters have been selected, users can save the trigger by clicking on the green Save Trigger button located in the bottom right corner. This feature streamlines the product completion process and contributes to the enhancement of the customer's overall experience.
