By clicking on top of the white section of your contact card, you'll have access to the opportunity details. From here, you can easily and quickly manage everything about this contact.
Opportunity Details Breakdown
Start by selecting the lead you'd like to edit and click on top of the white card.
It'll open a menu where you can edit these options:
Opportunity Section Within Opportunity Card
Once the box opens, you'll see the Opportunity section. Here you can edit the opportunity information. It's divided in 2 parts:
- Contact Info: here you can edit the contact details like name, email, phone number, company name and tags.
- Opportunity Info: here you can edit the opportunity card info, pipeline, stage, among other details.
After you finish editing, click on Update.
PRO TIP: You're able to delete any opportunity card from this section.
Book/Update Appointment Section Within Opportunity Card
You can manage your appointments from this sections. From here, you can either add new appointments or edit an existing one.
To book new appointments, first select the calendar you'd like to use.
Select Assigned User For Appointments
Select "Round Robin" for random owner assignment OR Pick a Team Member.
Select Appointment Date
Choose the date for the appointment on the calendar.
Select Appointment Time
Choose the time slot for the appointment.
Save Appointment
Once you finished setting up the appointment, click on "Update" to save it.
Edit An Existing Appointment
PRO TIP: To know when an appointment already exists, check the Appointment Title field, if it has a title, then there's an appointment created already.
Usually, this field is empty when there's no appointment.
Change The Calendar
You can change the Calendar by clicking on this dropdown.
Set A New appointment date.
Click on the "Day" options to edit the new appointment date.
Select The New Appointment Time.
Click on the "Slot" options to edit the new appointment time.
Update Existing Appointment
Once you're done editing the appointment, click on "Update"
Tasks Section Within Opportunity Card
Manage your tasks with an specific contact from this section. You will be able to see all tasks, add new or edit/delete existing ones.
Add A New Task
For new tasks, simply fill in the task's title and description.
(Optional) Assign Task To A User
Choose the assigned user on the "Assign To" Dropdown.
(Optional) Select A Due Date
Choose a due date on the calendar.
Save The New Task
Once you've finished editing, click on "Update".
Edit An Existing Task
To edit a task, first select the task you'd like to edit and click on the edit pencil.
You'll see the task information on the right side.
Edit The Name & Description
Edit the task's name and description if needed.
Change Assignee
Change the assignee on the "Assign To" dropdown.
Edit The Due Date
Choose a new due date on the calendar.
Update Task
Once you've finished editing, click on "Update".
Notes Section Within Opportunity Card
Keep track of important notes and details related to your contacts. In this section, you can add new notes or edit/delete existing ones.
Add A New Note
To add any new notes simply type in your notes on the text box, then click on "Save".
Edit An Existing Note
To edit existing notes, select the note you want to change, click on the edit pencil and edit the note on the text box.
Once you've finished editing, click on "Save".
You also have the option to delete any notes by clicking on the trash icon.
