Google Ads Reporting

You can view statistics related to your Google Ads campaigns, including various parameters, in the Reporting Tab's Google Ads Reporting section. You will be able to view all campaigns, ad groups, ads, and even keywords within this section. Easily monitor your Google Ads campaigns within your CRM without having to open up the Google Ads Website!

Dashboard

The dashboard provides an overview of your Google Ads account's performance by displaying statistics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and more. Easily view your ad performance at the campaign level with this handy dashboard!

Submit Feedback

If the reporting in the dashboard does not match with your Google Ads account, you can use the Submit Feedback button to provide feedback. When you click on this button, a sidebar will open up for you to fill in an email subject, message, and even attach a file to show the issue you are having. Once you’ve filled in your message, click on the green Send Message button in the bottom right corner.

Selecting Calendar Duration

Additionally, you can select a date range to display reports as per the duration you choose. Click on the calendar icon in the top right and select the date range you would like to view, then click the green checkmark icon to see your data refresh.

Impressions

The Impressions section displays the number of times your ad was shown within the selected date range. You will see a visual representation of impressions received on your Google Ads by date in this section, allowing you to see how your impressions have daily, weekly, or monthly.

Clicks

The Clicks section shows how many viewers clicked on your ad after seeing it on their search result page. You will also see a visual representation of your clicks by day, week, or month based on the date range you have selected.

Conversions

In the Conversions section, you can see the number of viewers who performed a specific action that matches your ad's objective during the specified time period. View a visual representation of your conversions by day, week, or year based on the date range you’ve selected.

Campaign Data Card

Here you will see individual cards showing your data at the campaign level, as well as the percentage they have increased or decreased over a certain period of time.

This is based on your selected date range and compares to the previous date range selected.

For example, if you chose "3 months" as your date range, the data would be compared to the 3 months prior to that.

Client Spends - Shows the budget spent on a specific ad

Average CPC - Shows the average cost per click.

Cost Per Conversion- Shows the average cost per conversion.

Conversion Rate - You can find the Conversion Rate here.

Search Bar

The Search Bar enables you to quickly find a specific ad campaign. Simply type in the name of the campaign you would like to view, and you will see the other campaigns disappear from the campaign data card.

Export

You can export ad campaign data as a CSV file at any time using the Export feature. Export Google Ads campaign data with ease to send to team members to review, or save to compare data at a later time!

Columns

In the Columns section, you can choose the specific data you want the system to display by enabling or disabling the checkboxes. Once you make your selection, click on the column tab again to save your changes.

Campaign Data table

This table shows useful data points for you to analyze the performance of your ad campaign. In the next page, we will cover each and every stat associated with the individual campaign.

Campaign - Shows the name of each google ads campaign you have created.

Status - Shows the status of the individual campaign whether it is live or in draft mode.

Clicks - Shows the number of clicks for each campaign on the list.

Cost - Shows the cost for each campaign on the list.

Revenue - Shows the revenue generated from each campaign on the list.

ROI - Shows the return on investment for each campaign. This stat is shown in percentage.

CPC - Shows the cost per click for each campaign.

Sales - Shows the sales generated from each campaign.

CPS - Shows the cost per sale for each campaign.

Leads - Shows the number of leads generated from each campaign.

CPL - Shows the Cost per lead for each campaign.

Impressions - Shows the impressions received for each campaign.

Average Rev - Shows the average revenue generated from each campaign.

Campaign Reporting

Clicking on any of the campaign shown in the reporting section will open this tab where you will see the stats for the individual campaign that you have chosen from the list.

Campaign Name

Name of the selected ad campaign is shown here.

Campaign Status

Here you will get to know weather the ad campaign you have selected is live or paused. (See the image below)

Publisher Type

This will show the type of google ad you are running such as search ads display ads or video ads.

Start Date

Shows the starting date of the individual ad campaign.

End date

Shows the date when the individual ad campaign was ended.

Campaign Objective

With this dropdown menu you can filter the ads based on the campaign objective.

Ad Data Cards

These are the campaign specific stats shown after we select any of the campaign from the list of all campaigns. Let's go through each stats one by one. 

Impressions - Shows the number of times the ad from the selected ad campaign was shown during a specific time period.

Clicks - Shows the number of times the ad from the selected ad campaign was clicked.

Conversions - Number of times the ad achieved the expected outcome based on the objective and settings.

Client Spends - Shows the total amount spent on the ad campaign

Average CPC - Shows the average CPC for the selected ad campaign.

Cost per Conversion - Shows the cost per conversion for the selected ad campaign.

Conversion Rate - Shows the conversion rate for the selected ad campaign.

Reporting Types

Reporting Types provide statistics based on the ads, ad groups, and keywords used in an ad campaign. Easily view ad statistics at a large or small scale based on your preferences!

1. Ads

Here you will see the stats for each individual ad you have created in the ad campaign. Let us go through each metric one by one.

AD TITLE - Shows the ad title of every ad you have created within the ad campaign.

STATUS - Shows the status of the ad weather its running live or paused.

CLICKS- Shows the number of clicks received for each ad title in the list

COST - Shows the cost for each ad in the campaign.

REVENUE - Shows the revenue generated from each ad in the campaign.

ROI - Shows the return on investment for each ad in the campaign.

CPC - Shows the cost you have spend for each click for each ad in the list.

SALES - Shows the sales generated from the ad.

CPS - Shows the amount of money paid for every sale generated from a specific advertisement

LEADS- Shows the number of leads generated from the ad.

CPL - Shows the cost per lead for each ad.

IMPRESSIONS - Shows the number of times the ad was shown.

AVG. REV - Shows the Average revenue from each ad.

2. Ad Groups

AD GROUP - Shows the name of the ad group.

CLICKS - Shows the number of clicks the ad group has received.

COST - Shows the total cost for each ad group.

REVENUE - Shows the revenue generated from each ad group.

ROI - Shows the ROI from each ad group.

CPC - Shows the Cost per click for each ad group.

SALES - Shows the sales generated from each ad group.

CPS - Shows the amount of money spent to get one sale.

CONV. RATE - Shows the conversion rate in percentage for each ad group.

LEADS - Shows the leads generated from each ad group.

CPL - Shows the cost per lead for each ad group.

IMPRESSIONS - Shows the number of times the ad from each ad group was shown.

AVG REV. - Shows the average revenue generated from each ad group.

3. Keywords

Here you will see the stats related to the each keyword you have used within the ad campaign.

KEYWORD- Shows all of the keywords used in the campaign.

CLICKS - Shows the number of clicks received for each keyword on the list.

IMPRESSIONS - Shows the number of times (the ad) each keyword on the list was shown.

COST - Shows the cost spent for each keyword in auction.

CPC - Shows the cost per click for each keyword on the list.

CONVERSIONS - Shows the conversions for each keyword.

COST PER CONV. - Shows the cost per conversion for each keyword.

CONV. RATE - Shows the conversion rate in percentage for each keyword.

Export

The Export tab allows you to download any of the aforementioned statistics in CSV format. Quickly save ad data for easy review at a later time!

Columns

Additionally, you can choose which stats you would like to be displayed in the stats column by selecting or deselecting them within the Columns section. This allows you to see only the data you care about in your reporting. Select from Id, campaign, status, clicks, cost, revenue, ROI, CPC, CTR, Sales, CPS, Leads, CPL, Impressions, and Average Revenue.
