Custom Date Reminder
The Custom Date Reminder trigger will trigger the workflow on a specific date that you have set up. This is perfect for sending account review reminders or appointment reminders before a meeting or event. To begin, click on Add New Workflow Trigger, and select Custom Date Reminder from the dropdown menu under Choose a Workflow Trigger. You will need to add a filter with the Custom Date Field, as this will only trigger if a date has already been established in your CRM, for example, account reviews.

You can select the "Custom Date Field" in the CRM by clicking on this filter. You’ll be prompted to add the days before or after the custom date you would like the workflow to trigger.
After No. of Days
The After No. of Days filter allows you to set the reminder after a specific number of days since a customer's review.
You can also use this filter to send birthday messages days after a customer's birthday. Simply input the number of days you want to set the reminder for after the birth date.
Before No. of Days
With the Before No. of Days filter, you can send a notification a few days before a customer or team member's birthday. Simply select the days before their birthday you'd like to send a message.
For instance, If the customer or team member's Birthday falls on the 3rd of August, you can set the reminder a day before, which is on the 2nd of August; this workflow will trigger a reminder on the 2nd of August, then you can follow through to the next step which is a "Birthday SMS" and use the "Wait" action for 24hours which will fall on the 3rd of August, the Birthday!
Day Is
Selecting the Day Is filter lets you send a message on a customer's birthdate. The workflow triggers the exact birthdate.
Month Is
You can send birthday SMS to customers or team members once a month by clicking this filter. You can select their birth month and send a bulk message to all celebrants for that month, and you will also have to choose the day of the month to send the bulk messages at once to the celebrants of that month.
Has Tag
Select a tag from the CRM. When a tag is allocated to the contact's workflow, the workflow will only be triggered based on the specific tag.
