To perform a hard refresh and clear the cache on a web browser, you can follow these steps:

- If the above method doesn't work, you can also try clearing the cache manually. The steps to clear the cache vary depending on the web browser you are using:
- Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac) to open the Clear browsing data window. From here, select the time range for which you want to clear the cache, choose the Cached images and files option, and then click the Clear data button.
