Note: If you're using a CMS like WordPress, you might need to use a custom HTML block or a plugin that allows you to insert custom scripts into your site.
Step 4: Verify the chatbot's functionality
- Visit your website to ensure the chatbot is visible and properly positioned.
- Interact with the chatbot to confirm it's responding as expected and providing accurate information.
- Test the chatbot across various devices and browsers to ensure compatibility and consistent performance.
Step 5: Make adjustments as needed
- If necessary, adjust the chatbot's design or settings through the platform to better align with your website's appearance or user requirements.
- Update your website's code or CMS with any changes made to the chatbot's embed script.
